"Michael provided an environment which is one I can only hope to emulate in my training sessions to come. Very good at gauging the mood and need of the group. Great use of adapting tasks to be covered in different ways i.e. Group versus own work and getting people to interact."

"I enrolled to do the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a job requirement not expecting much from the course, but was thrilled with the results.
Michael is an extremely personable trainer who tailored the training content to deliver desired outcomes whilst reflecting the varied experience of participants. He was always punctual and respectful of the particpants knowledge base, and extremely supportive in the assessment process. I cannot speak highly enough of the training he delivered - from content to delivery - and would happily recommend his training to anyone."

"When I first met Michael Peiniger in 2010, he was the principal facilitator/trainer in a class I was nominated by my boss to attend. "Why do I have to go through another Train-the-trainer stuff at my age?" (I was then 3 years to retirement ) - and from this Australian chap who would probably just spill out some text book stuff. "It's going to be a long ride," so I thought, as I dragged myself to the first of twelve classes spread over a three-month period.

What I did not know was that Michael was going to be THE factor that made the journey different from what it would have been. The Syllabus was fixed and the thick file of materials was already in our hands. Instead of boring lectures, Michael literally turned the class upside down - in a great way - with his energy and creativity in presenting the lessons. Beyond merely gaining from the content of the lessons as in reading it and chewing on it till it made sense, Michael brought the real learning home, demonstrating at the same time that every lesson conducted in the work place can be exciting and interesting. The entire class benefited so much at the end of the twelve lessons that we would have paid our own way to be in his next class, if only that could be arranged.

A trainer, facilitator and presenter extraordinaire - that's Michael Peiniger for you! He prepares well for his lessons; is very sensitive to the local context and surroundings; and make adjustments willingly and carefully along the way, always making sure that the key lessons of each session/class is indeed taken away by the class.

Michael has what it takes to do a fantastic job for a guaranteed ROI in the short and long term for whoever cares to engage him and invest in his expertise."
