Our CEO - Michael Peiniger
Michael Peiniger is an expert in leadership, team and culture development, helping businesses and individuals to thrive in the modern workplace. He specialises in equipping leaders with the skills to build effective teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.
Michael’s career began with the Royal Australian Air Force, where he achieved success in a variety of challenging roles, including an exchange program with the Royal Air Force in Scotland.
Michael achieved great success during his defence career, being awarded the Air Force Association leadership sword in 1998 and rising to the rank of Squadron Leader. As Chief Instructor at the Air Force Officers’ Training School, he trained over 2000 junior officers in the skills required for successful leadership and adaptation to changing conditions in a military context.
Michael has been utilising his extensive leadership and training experience for the past 18 years to provide tailored leadership and high-performance team programs to a variety of organisations, including Australian Unity, APIA, Asahi, Bunnings, City West Water, CSIRO, Davis Langdon, Lonely Planet Publications, Fosters, ITW, Jetstar, Promina, PTV, Shannons Insurance, Sensis, Scania, realestate.com and V/Line.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (HR / Leadership) and a Bachelor of Physics. He is an experienced trainer, with both a Diploma in Assessment & Training Systems and the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Institute for Learning & Performance – Asia Pacific and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
